The times run from order to your door and apply to both finishes. They are counted in working days, Monday to Friday, and are estimates. Finland, Greece and Malta take about 7–10 working days, Romania and Cyprus about 11. A fine-art print in 80 × 120 cm takes about 9 within Germany and 11 elsewhere in the EU. To the UK it is about 11 working days for acrylic glass and 20 for fine-art prints, to the USA about 10 and 12. To other countries it takes longer; if you need a print by a certain date, write to me before you order.

Prints go to 51 countries: every EU country; Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, Guernsey and Jersey; the USA, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina and Brazil; Australia and New Zealand; China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea; and South Africa. Overseas territories that aren’t named are not included. If your country isn’t listed, I can’t deliver there yet.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email once your print has been dispatched.

Packaging

Protective packaging made for artwork.

Gifts

Within the EU the parcel contains no prices, so you can send a print directly to the recipient.

Express

Not available. Every print is produced to order.

Costs

Included in Germany and the rest of the EU. Outside the EU, calculated at checkout before you pay.

Wall calendar

Shipping is included to every EU country: about 5–7 working days within Germany, up to 12 elsewhere in the EU and up to 15 to Cyprus. Saal Digital prints it to order and sends it to you.

Calendar outside the EU

€15 to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Jersey, Guernsey and Norway (about 1–2 weeks); €20 to the United Arab Emirates and Qatar; €25 to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Canada (about 2–3 weeks). I post these parcels myself from Frankfurt with DHL, with tracking. Switzerland: one calendar per parcel, so an order of two calendars arrives as two parcels. Taiwan: a calendar with shipping comes to just over Taiwan’s tax-free limit, so the post office may collect about 5% import tax on delivery. Canada: Canada Post collects sales tax and its handling fee on delivery, about CAD 15–27 depending on the province. Norway: Posten collects 25% VAT and its fee of NOK 78 on delivery, about NOK 250 for one calendar.

Signed editions

Delivery is included in every EU country and takes about 3 weeks: the print is made to order by WhiteWall, comes to me, is signed and sent on to you with tracking. To Cyprus, allow up to four weeks.

Outside the EU

For prints, the customs documents name the lab, WhiteWall, as the sender; for the calendar, me. Import duties and taxes may apply and are charged by your country.

Shipping is included in Germany and the rest of the EU. Outside the EU, this is what it costs, by destination and size, in euros per order. The checkout shows the exact amount before you pay.

The signed edition and the wall calendar have their own rules outside the EU. Within the EU, delivery is included for both.

Please check your print when it arrives. If it was damaged in transit or has a defect, email me within 14 days of delivery and I’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
